Bank transfer
There is no surcharge for this payment method. The goods will only be dispatched once we have ascertained that the amount due has actually been credited to the account.

ScalaPay
With ScalaPay you can split your purchase into 3 convenient, interest-free monthly installments. The first installment will be charged at the time of your order, the next installments in the following two months. 

Your parcel will be prepared to be entrusted to the courier in 1 to 5 days, depending on the availability of the product(s).

Once the parcel has been entrusted to the courier, delivery is made in Italy in 24/48 hours depending on the geographical area, abroad usually in 3-5 days.
You can track the shipment through the reserved area on the site, if registered, or through the tracking link you will receive by email.
The shipping service is entrusted to the courier GLS for Italy and Europe. In other countries, shipment is entrusted to the DHL courier.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Access your reserved area through "Login". Click on the "Returns and Refunds" section and select the product(s) for which you wish to make a return request e proceed as expected and finalise your request. When activating the return request, you can choose not to make use of the collection with our courier but to return the parcel yourself.  All returned items will be refunded with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, Paypal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
